Got this in a group of machines from Facebook Marketplace.  It needed a power supply and it had a weird sound issue.  When pressing the Ninja Magic button or Jump button it would make a very loud alarm noise and would continue on.  Turns out that one of the ROM chips was in the wrong slot on the motherboard.  Unfortunately it was fixed a long time ago so I cannot remember what location.  The pictures below of the board are the correct locations.  I found out from the KLOV forum when I examined a picture of the board and compared it to mine.  Video of the issue is below.
